Job Title: Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Process Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in freight forwarding and CargoWise One who are able to apply their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for shipments
  • Update job status and track reports
  • Register shipments and consolidate cargo
  • Process transshipments and monitor commercial documents
  • Lodge sea cargo automation and post invoices
  • Upload Telex HBL/MBL and send arrival notices
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in Customs Administration or related field
  • Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems
  • Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm
  • Ability to enter data within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Work Arrangements:
  • Permanent remote work arrangement
  • Health insurance coverage from first day of employment
  • Flexibility to work on different shifts (AM, Mid, Night Shift)
