Procurement Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Head to drive our sourcing strategy, oversee contract negotiations, and manage high-performing teams. This role involves leading market research initiatives, developing supplier relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective RFx processes, conduct thorough supplier due diligence, and facilitate demos to ensure seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies, socialize risks, and draft governing agreements that align with our business objectives.
  • Team Management: Engage team members in coaching and feedback sessions, conduct regular performance reviews, and assign/rotate roles as needed to promote growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years in the function and 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Relevant experience in US regulatory compliance and HR services contracting.
  • Strong technical skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
