Dispute Resolution: You will handle disputes and respond to escalations from internal customers regarding reports.
Experience in Recruiting Operations or Sourcing BPO is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
