Role of Sales & Marketing Head The Sales and Marketing Head leads the entire sales and marketing function of the company. They are responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring brand visibility and positioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Set sales targets, marketing objectives, and budgets. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. 2. Sales Management Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Oversee pricing strategies, discounting, and contract negotiations. Monitor branch or dealer performance (if applicable). 3. Marketing Management Plan and execute advertising campaigns (online and offline). Manage digital marketing, social media, and content strategies. Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and product launches. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. 4. Team Leadership Train, coach, and evaluate sales and marketing staff. Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations. Create incentive programs to boost performance. 5. Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance vs. targets. Analyze ROI of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports for management (sales forecast, pipeline, customer acquisition). 6. Customer Focus Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. Collect feedback to improve products and services. Build partnerships and networks to increase market share. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge in digital marketing and analytics. Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
