About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment Manager to oversee and optimize our recruitment strategies, ensuring seamless execution of our hiring plans.

This critical role will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient and compliant recruitment processes, workflows, and documentation.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment-related technologies.
• Evaluate and implement data-driven solutions to enhance the recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee vendor relationships related to recruitment (e.g., job boards, background check providers).
• Coordinate logistics and manage recruitment events and activities.

Recruitment Optimization

• Develop and deliver training resources to hiring managers and the recruitment team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.
• Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools.
• Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements, and share knowledge with the team.
• Leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics.

Budget Management and Employer Branding

• Track and report on recruitment expenses.
• Analyze opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
• Manage online presence on career sites and social media platforms.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and other recruitment marketing materials.
• Participate in industry events and build relationships to enhance the employer brand.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Analyze recruitment metrics regularly and identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
• Implement data-driven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in recruitment.
• Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Pre-Hire Onboarding Success and Analytics

• Collaborate with recruitment and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive pre-hire onboarding experience for new employees.
• Oversee offer letters, contract signing, and background checks.
• Develop communication strategies to engage candidates between offer acceptance and their start date.
• Develop a world-class pre-hire onboarding process.
• Maintain key recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance against goals.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and other relevant metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Present recruitment performance data to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies (including AI), talent intelligence, and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track ROI.
• Experience in developing and executing employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
