Job Overview

The Workforce Planning role involves analyzing historical workforce data to identify trends, patterns and forecast future staffing needs based on business objectives, growth projections and industry trends.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns and productivity metrics.
  • Evaluate current workforce capabilities, skills inventory and demographic data to inform future workforce planning initiatives.
  • Predict workforce demand using forecasting models, workforce management software and data analytics tools.
  • Develop strategic recruitment plans, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to attract top talent.
  • Assess recruitment processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor performance indicators related to workforce planning, including turnover rates and employee engagement metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or equivalent combination of Training and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in workforce planning or strategic HR planning preferably in a large organization or complex environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with workforce management software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
