Senior Data and Insights Analyst

We seek a seasoned data analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact dashboards and reports that drive strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical skills and business acumen, with the ability to interpret complex systems and logic to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis
    • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively pull this data.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
    • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand specific data needs, then design customized visualizations that meet these requirements.
  • Data Quality and Integrity
    • Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization.
    • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging standard business reports and dashboards for validation.
    • Implement data validation techniques and work with data engineers or IT teams when necessary.
