Customer Journey Expert

We are looking for a skilled Customer Journey Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data management and analytics, with experience in credit risk data gathering and modeling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing vision and strategy for the Data Management and Analytics Platform, managing stakeholders, and engaging with opportunities in the market to improve efficiency or time-to-market.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

The Customer Journey Expert will play a key role in ensuring the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear, and will provide guidance on operational necessities and appropriate direction on prioritization to the relevant teams.
