Job Title

Business Intelligence Analyst Position Summary



Role Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's strategic planning and business operations. They will be responsible for maintaining and developing business data, creating financial models, conducting research, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.



Main Responsibilities And Expectations:

  • Develop various databases to support customer, commercial, operational enterprise analytics, and different business units
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing business data and performance metrics against strategic goals and industry performance indicators
  • Create financial models and conduct qualitative and quantitative research for business and corporate planning, M&A activities, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and assist in managing organizational changes driven by new strategies
  • Research and report on competitor strategies, brands, sales campaigns, products, and market position
  • Stay up-to-date with capital/financial market developments and government policies affecting fiduciary responsibilities and new product development


Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Commerce, or equivalent
  • Asset management or related industry experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and finance/strategy orientation
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Knowledge/skills in Power BI Analytics highly preferred
