Strategic Product Manager for Business Services

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Manager to lead our Business Services solution stream. This is a key leadership role that will require the ability to bridge long-term strategic vision with day-to-day delivery, ensuring that solutions delivered are scalable, efficient, repeatable and built on clear standards.

  • Ensure product vision incorporates regulatory, security and data governance standards, market best practices, and client expectations.
  • Define and drive a cohesive cross-domain product strategy across Investment Operations Services, Investment Accounting Services and Data Management Services.
  • Own the full solution lifecycle: research, discovery, business case, development, launch, delivery, integration, adoption, iteration and ongoing support.
  • Embed SaaS principles and commercial viability into all phases of design and delivery.
  • Drive adoption of repeatable design patterns, reusable components and shared service standards.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in defining and delivering product strategy effectively in a complex global environment.
  • Skilled in translating long-term vision into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Impressive skill in expressing value proposition concisely to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Visionary product leader with 10+ years' experience driving innovation within Investment Management SaaS platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of front-to-back investment processes.
