
Strategic Performance Management Specialist

Lead performance management initiatives to drive strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement key performance indicators, service level agreements, and metrics to measure vendor performance.
- Oversee vendors to ensure they meet contractual obligations, including risk management and compliance with company policies.
- Regularly review performance data, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement to ensure high-quality services and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage vendor relationships through effective communication, resolving disputes, addressing service issues, and aligning vendor objectives with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective vendor partnerships and alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to developing a strategic approach to optimize service delivery for Business Units (BU) by vendors, safeguarding operations against underperformance or business discontinuity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or Finance.
- 3 years relevant experience in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or accounting.
- Background in IT vendor/project management/dispute management, performance tracking tools, data analysis, and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with relationship-building techniques, strategic planning, vendor selection, contract negotiation, vendor onboarding, contract management, and Service Level Agreement/Key Performance Indicator.
- Effective communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, familiarity with technology and tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, ERP systems).
