Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the company's HR strategies, policies, and programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic HR insights and managing the HR Department effectively.
  • Overseeing all areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management, Safety and Health, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, and Administrative Services.
  • Managing and supporting all internal and external HR-related concerns, inquiries, or requests.
  • Performing end-to-end recruitment processes, including providing HR support in recruitment activities and training.
  • Generating reports on general HR activities and maintaining databases of various employee information.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Coordinating and fostering strong relationships across different departments and with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Handling employment/transfer/retirement-related matters, such as employment contracts, contract updates or destruction, etc.
  • Managing HR systems, including evaluation, salary increase/promotion/reward systems, etc.
  • Addressing labor-related concerns, including welfare, salary, social insurance, etc.
  • Managing employee-related matters, including employment rules maintenance, attendance management, violation/disciplinary action, mediation, etc.
  • Ensuring occupational safety and health management and internal environment development.
  • Improving and maintaining customer/employee engagement.
  • Setting goals and monitoring business progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field.
  • At least three years of professional experience in the human resources field (e.g., compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, etc.).
  • At least three years of HR Supervisor experience, with expertise in handling at least 3 HR subordinates.
  • Experience in BPO/Shared Services/Travel Industry.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other IT and database applications.
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of HR within a professional office setting.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced working environment with little direct supervision.
  • Flexibility to work in any schedule (weekends and holidays) and overtime (if necessary).
  • Willingness to work onsite - Makati City.
  • Proficient in the English language.
