Job Summary:
The Senior HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving the human resource strategy of the organization, focusing on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational development, and performance management. This leader provides strategic guidance by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors, while advising the executive management team on the HR implications of its decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives, vision, and values.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and opportunities, and develop and execute HR plans that support the organization's objectives.
• Provide leadership and support to the HR Department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders – including employees, management, industry partners, and the community.

Key Accountabilities:
• Lead managers within the department and indirectly oversee all employees within the department.
• Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's mission, strategic vision, and objectives.
• Develop and execute HR plans and strategies to support overall business operations objectives.
• Provide strategic business advice to executive/senior management regarding key organizational and management issues.
• Work with the executive management team to establish a plan for management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the organization.
• Oversee the development of comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet human capital needs for strategic goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
• Manage employee relations and engagement, including policies/programs that promote a positive work environment, and resolving employee issues/concerns.
• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with overall changing business objectives.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, identifying issues, and developing effective solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and procedures, thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and experience with varied human resource information systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:
• BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience and at least five years of HR experience in strategic roles in global companies.
