Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Executive Assistant will play a vital role in driving business growth by optimizing lead generation and marketing efforts. Working closely with the CEO, this individual will identify, nurture, and convert leads while streamlining the sales process.

This is a remote, contract position that offers the opportunity for long-term growth within the company. The ideal candidate must have at least six work hours per day overlapping with the Mountain Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain an organized lead database, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
  2. Conduct thorough research and qualification of potential clients to identify the best leads for outreach.
  3. Nurture leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels, following up diligently on all inbound and outbound leads to keep them moving through the pipeline.
  4. Coordinate appointments between potential clients and the CEO.
  5. Improve and update the website to enhance lead conversion.
  6. Manage and optimize the CEO's LinkedIn presence, including content creation and engagement.
  7. Develop high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and email campaigns.
  8. Create compelling client proposals tailored to prospective client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational skills – ability to track multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in sales support, lead generation, or marketing (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, email marketing, and basic website management.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
