
Inside Business Growth Specialist

As an Inside Business Growth Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by nurturing inbound leads and executing outbound outreach. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing deals all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns and perform outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct virtual product or service presentations, clearly articulating value propositions and tailoring pitches to each client's needs.
- Track all sales activity, update prospect information, and manage opportunities using CRM systems.
- Engage with clients via email, phone, and video calls to answer inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing qualified deals and maintaining strong follow-up practices.
- Work closely with marketing, account management, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and positive customer experiences.
- Prepare and share updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of solid experience in inside sales, telesales, or remote business development.
- Proven ability to qualify leads, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals in a remote sales environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working toward KPIs and sales goals. Motivated by results and eager to grow revenue and commissions.
- Able to work overlapping hours with US or Australian time zones as needed to connect with prospects and clients.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals and priorities.
