We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Specialist to drive our expansion efforts and establish meaningful connections with potential clients in need of professional security services.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking organization that invests heavily in business development, providing the necessary training, tools, and support to succeed in generating new business opportunities within the security services sector.
- Create new leads and business prospects through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with potential clients requiring security solutions
- Conduct B2B outreach to businesses throughout California that could benefit from tailored security solutions
- Adhere to established company processes and standards for lead generation and client engagement
- Collaborate with business development managers and team members to optimize results
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or appointment setting roles
- A strong track record of generating leads and scheduling qualified appointments
- Excellent communication skills for professional client outreach and relationship building
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm Pacific, with a one-hour unpaid break
