Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, identifying potential clients, and building relationships with existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of ERP/HR software solutions, and experience in lead generation or sales roles. You will work closely with our field sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align efforts, share insights, and drive the sales process forward.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Developing a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in ERP solutions.
  • Engaging with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • Recommending the most appropriate ERP solutions based on customer needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales roles.
  • A background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales, especially 1–2 years inside sales or lead gen experience (B2B preferred) in ERP/HR software solutions.
  • A strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients over the phone or through digital channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • A self-motivated approach to lead generation and closing sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
