Job Title: Team Leader - Husbandry

This role is a key position in our global team, responsible for coordinating with sales teams on matters related to coordination and service performance of husbandry port calls entering the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the team by evaluating performance, providing feedback, directions, support, and coaching on a regular basis.
  • Evaluate optimal resource setup and competence, and work with the team on process compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate port calls for assigned customer accounts effectively, including monitoring vessels and responding to follow-up enquiries.
  • Ensure the husbandry centre complies with husbandry agency standard operating procedures & supplier governance standards, including correct use of operating systems (WASP, SMS, etc).
  • Monitor the execution of port calls and work closely with operations to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Communicate proactively, efficiently, and timely with customers.
  • Suggest process improvements based on efficiency, productivity, or cost effectiveness gains.
  • Investigate and resolve final DA settlement disputes.
  • Follow up complaints/non-compliances through the improvement potential system.
  • Attend business review meetings with customers as required.
