Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our clinic's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support to the organization, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes, maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Manage correspondence, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, emails, and packages.
- Assist with accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records and performing data entry duties.
- Maintain an adequate supply of office materials, ordering replacements as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and directing patients, and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner.

To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferably)
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- The ability to maintain professionalism at all times, handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients
