Job Title: Strategic Human Resource and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource and Administrative Support specialist to join our team at Welsend Global Services Inc. in McKinley, Taguig. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations within the organization while effectively managing the recruitment process.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for BPO positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. You will also conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the organization, collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and selection criteria, and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a strong organizational and multitasking ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for BPO positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, managing meetings and appointments, correspondence, daily agenda, and conference calls, and performing general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, sorting mail, maintaining office cleanliness, and liaising with Building Admin and office personnel for overall office upkeep.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Work Setup:
This role requires the willingness to work in McKinley, Taguig (office-based) and can start ASAP. Additionally, the successful candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including midshift or night shift schedules. The estimated salary range for this position is PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
