Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Advocate, you will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding our clients' products and services.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely and professional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and valid information to customers with empathy and courtesy.
  • Handling customer consultation calls, tech troubleshooting, escalations, and investigations.
  • Tracking and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensuring proper escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Delivering service excellence and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on product and service knowledge with the external team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills.
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas.
  • Knowledge and experience with Intercom CRM is a plus.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology.
