Are you a detail-oriented logistics expert skilled in handling complex freight operations? If so, we need your logistical prowess on our team. As our Freight Validator, you'll use innovative technology to streamline processes and enhance transparency.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage shipment levels across multiple locations to ensure timely arrival and departure.
  • Prepare and manage necessary customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Oversee the daily operations of shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks.
  • Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems.
  • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya.
  • Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program.
  • Licensed customs broker.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing.
