Job Overview:

The Freight Operations Coordinator role plays a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service and timely shipment delivery.

This operations specialist will manage customer shipments from PO raised to delivery, collaborating with various teams to achieve seamless execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure on-time shipment delivery and handle exceptions efficiently.
  • Execute end-to-end movement of customer products through our network, including intermodal movements.
  • Understand and implement customers' requirements through standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Respond to customer escalations, working closely with customer success managers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain high-quality shipment and data metrics that meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure successful shipment lifecycles.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to react quickly while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with change management and EU languages is desirable but not essential.
