Operational Excellence Specialist

The role entails delivering high-quality freight forwarding services, ensuring seamless execution of tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for accurate data entry and management of commercial documents.

Key responsibilities include monitoring job updates, checking Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), shipment registration, consolidation, and updating order track reports. You will also be responsible for processing transshipments, sending worksheets, and lodging sea cargo automation.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitor job updates and check ETA
  • Register shipments and consolidate them
  • Update order track reports
  • Send worksheets
  • Process transshipments
  • Lodge sea cargo automation
  • Upload Telex HBL/MBL
  • Send arrival notices
  • Send LCL manifests
  • Create organizations
  • E-documents
  • Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related courses
  • Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems
  • Related work experience in freight/brokerage firms
  • Primary duty: Enter data within SLA
  • Good communication in email, chat, and online meetings
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling freight documents
