Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented property valuation professional to collaborate with our clients remotely.

  • Research and analyze real estate databases, comparable sales/rentals, and market trends to assess property performance.
  • Create comprehensive financial models to evaluate investment returns and opportunities.
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, to inform strategic decisions.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently, think analytically, and communicate effectively. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing data, creating financial models, and preparing reports to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Modeling and Analysis: Create accurate and comprehensive financial models to evaluate property performance and investment returns.
  2. Data Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on real estate databases, comparable sales/rentals, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  3. Investment Analysis: Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, to inform strategic decisions and optimize returns.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of real estate terms and metrics, with ability to apply them in practical contexts.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
