Job Title: Marketing Assistant
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and business development works to the Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support and business development works to the Marketing Team.
- Coordinate imports, process payments for Customs duties and taxes of shipments, and prepare documentations related to importations/exportations.
- Process annual renewals and new applications for PCAB Special Licenses for bidding and awarded projects.
- Document control for the Marketing Team.
- Assist in preparing bidding documents and other tasks instructed by Department Heads.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in general office works in the construction industry and a willingness to be trained in import works.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written English language skills, with the ability to prepare basic business correspondence.
- A willingness to work overtime when required.
