The role of an Administrative Support Professional involves providing high-level administrative support to lawyers and other stakeholders. This includes tasks such as preparing correspondence, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and prepare documents for review by lawyers.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for lawyers.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Provide customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Prepare reports and presentations as requested.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Fundamental knowledge of office administration or secretarial management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or Liberal Arts.
