NABATI FOOD PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an accomplished Regional Business Manager to spearhead our regional sales efforts and drive business growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals in the region, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and expanding our customer base.

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and distributors;
  • Counsel and train district sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and knowledge;
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them;
  • Manage and analyze regional market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field;
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in an FMCG organization;
  • Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications;
  • Desire to work as a team player with a results-driven approach.
