Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Operations Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of banking products and services, as well as exceptional research skills.

This role involves researching customer requests via various means, including mail, email, fax, and other communication channels related to cardholder/corporate accounts. The specialist must stay up-to-date on client, regulatory, and Association rules and regulations.

The Payment Operations Expert will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with routine updates and documentation of cardholder/corporate accounts by becoming familiar with client products and services.
  • Recognizing potential fraud, credit, collection, or chargeback issues and forwarding them to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Following client policies and procedures to validate report disputes from credit bureau systems as directed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No relevant experience required.
