Job Title: Process Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Trainer to join our team. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies for both internal and external customers.

  • This role involves creating simple, technical training content and providing presentations, demonstrations, advice, and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products.
  • You will also evaluate business outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies.
  • Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates, and/or payment brand compliance.
  • Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice, and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products.
  • Evaluate business outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience or degree in a related field; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Typically no relevant experience is required, but training delivery experience and relevant subject matter experience are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Typically minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience of the full training life cycle - analysis, design, delivery, evaluation; proficiency in a second language is an asset.
  • Relevant training certification.
