Process Management Specialist

About the Role

As a Process Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of payments for rentals and utilities across various locations. You will monitor all payment transactions, coordinate with stakeholders to obtain confirmation of payments, and handle collections of monthly payments from tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all payments for rentals and utilities within the given turn-around-time on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate all payment requests and other documents needed to expedite the process of payments
  • Ensure all payments are received by lessors in a timely manner
  • Collect official receipts from lessors to secure that payments are properly posted
  • Generate statements of account for SM ATM sites using access to the SM tenants portal
  • Negotiate rates for ATM sites based on proposed details to reasonably renew lease contracts
  • Ensure that all lease contracts for ATM sites are updated and renewals are handled prior to expiration
  • Generate reports for all payments made for rentals of both ATM and branches based on provided data
  • Process renewal of contracts for ATM offsites based on the renewal process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
  • Understanding of banking methods, payment processes, and basic taxation details
  • Effective in monitoring set processes; skilled in analyzing; productive in tasks given with limited time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
