Payments Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of payments including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other financial obligations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Develop and enforce payment policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Build relationships with banks and service providers to ensure smooth transaction handling.
- Lead a team of payment specialists or analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Monitor and analyze payment data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and unauthorized transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy – preferably a CPA.
- 4-8 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
