Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Payments and Channels Management Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management, implementation, and business growth of our strategic initiatives related to payment channels and digital onboarding programs.

The primary goal is to improve both employee and customer experience through collaboration with different Business Units/Groups. This includes improving product competitiveness, accelerating market penetration, business growth, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital onboarding processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop a directional strategy for digital onboarding; introduce new product enhancements through engagement with product and support groups; create concepts defining end-to-end digital onboarding experiences.
  • Ensure accuracy in customer acquisition, revenue generation, volume growth, and profitability of deposits.
  • Act as the point person for branch distribution channel regarding new initiatives (products, policies, services, campaigns, etc.).
  • Champion and lead product/service delivery activities and implementation.
  • Oversee a portfolio of customers availing assigned products and services; provide oversight on implementation and after-sales.
  • Execute, oversee, and monitor output of internal and external sales promotions/campaigns on deposit generation.
  • Monitor and ensure timely execution of projects for profitability analysis and provide directions to improve revenues.
  • Secure approvals from Upper Management, Internal Committees, and Regulatory offices for new products or services or enhancements to be launched.
