
Healthcare Account Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced representative to manage healthcare accounts, focusing on AthenaOne EMR software.
This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.
- Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
