Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and update patient information accurately in electronic health record systems.
  • Provide patients with information about services, procedures, and protocols in a clear and concise manner.
  • Handle patient check-ins and follow-up communications to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Assist in managing administrative tasks to support office operations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
