Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a high level of proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Escalate complex customer issues to senior representatives as needed.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Senior High School Graduate or equivalent.
- At least 6+ months of experience in any BPO healthcare-related field.
