Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who love helping others and want to grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias. You should be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once, empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
