Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service technologies
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
