We're seeking a skilled and empathetic customer support agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via chat, email, or phone.
About the RoleThis is a remote opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Provide professional and friendly support to customers via various channels
- Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
