Lead with Impact as Our Next Customer Service Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned customer service leader to motivate, mentor and elevate our customer support teams to deliver exceptional service for e-commerce brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor agent performance to ensure consistent KPI achievement.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide personalized guidance.
  • Evaluate team members' progress bi-annually and recommend opportunities for growth, promotions or recognition.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in customer service environments.
  • Proven background in e-commerce customer service (Shopify, BigCommerce or Amazon experience an asset).
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or Gorgias.
Ideal Skills:
  • Results-driven leadership with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to assess team well-being and offer support where needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
