Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue through strategic partnerships within the NetSuite ecosystem and other construction-tech partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with existing and new partners, driving growth and increasing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate 6-8 new leads per month sourced or influenced by partners.
  • Cultivate 12-18 active, producing partners, with at least six NetSuite Account Executives regularly bringing in business.
  • Improve website lead conversion rate to at least 2.0% and MQL to SQL conversion rate to at least 30%.
  • Create named customer stories and secure public reviews.
  • Establish quarterly webinar schedule and co-host industry events.
  • Document sales/partner onboarding guide, co-sell playbooks, and webinar/event checklists.
Programs and Processes:
  • Partner Strategy & Operations: Develop ICP, tiering framework, recruiting playbook, and referral structure.
  • Growth Marketing Engine: Create content calendar, optimize website, manage events, and develop customer marketing initiatives.
  • Core Processes: Establish key processes such as lead registration and co-selling, partner onboarding, webinar execution, and customer story collection.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of SDR experience.
  • Fluency in NetSuite ecosystem and experience in partner management and marketing.
  • Comfort with CRM and marketing operations.
  • 60% partner-sourced pipeline and 40% on marketing conversions and assets.
