Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical expertise to ensure seamless IT operations.
Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues related to hardware and software, as well as providing guidance on best practices and solutions-oriented approaches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective technical strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities- Provide expert technical assistance to internal stakeholders via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions
- Resolve complex technical issues related to PC, Mac, Chromebook, and other devices
- Analyze and troubleshoot system configurations, software applications, and network connectivity issues
- Collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement technical solutions, processes, and procedures
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes managed by the IT team
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs for staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk role
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and improving IT operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, Kaseya, and other major SaaS applications
