Key Role: Subject Matter Expert

The role of a Subject Matter Expert is pivotal in ensuring the success of our operations. This position requires an individual with extensive technical expertise and exceptional problem-solving skills to provide critical support to our team.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will work behind the scenes to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various marketing tools. Your expertise will be utilized to guide our team members, improve outcomes for our stakeholders, and maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to our team members via internal communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in multiple marketing tools, including but not limited to Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, and GoHighLevel.
  • Assist in urgent task completions during critical periods to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement knowledge resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to address recurring knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize systems.

This role demands flexibility and adaptability, requiring you to work across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as assigned by the business. Your ability to jump in when needed makes all the difference in achieving our goals.
