Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Technical Consultant.

As a key contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining relationships with our clients. This involves analyzing problems and issues within the clients' production environment and providing timely solutions to meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
