AI Pipeline Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Pipeline Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI pipelines, embeddings, and multi-LLM experiments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and monitor LangChain-based RAG pipelines.
  • Manage embeddings lifecycle (OpenAI/Gemini).
  • Set up A/B testing across multiple LLMs with Langfuse.
  • Optimize inference costs and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers on prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Necessary Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years in MLOps or DataOps roles.
  • Experience with LangChain, embeddings, and vector DBs.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AI Studio, Bedrock (AWS optional).
  • CI/CD for ML (GitHub Actions, Azure ML pipelines).
  • Familiarity with Langfuse or MLflow monitoring.
