About the Role
We're looking for a
AI Solutions Manager
to lead growth initiatives and customer engagement in the Philippines. This role blends
technical acumen with strategic sales skills
—perfect for someone who thrives in a high-tech, fast-paced environment and loves owning the entire customer journey from discovery to solution design to closing deals.
You'll be the go-to person for identifying new opportunities, demonstrating product value, and helping clients achieve real business outcomes with AI Rudder's solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and win B2B customers, with a focus on call centers, financial services, telcos, and fast-growing tech companies.
- Lead technical conversations, product demos, and consultative solution selling to address customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and deliver tailored voice automation solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals that create long-term value for both the customer and AI Rudder.
- Maintain strong relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and account support.
- Execute go-to-market strategies and represent AI Rudder at customer meetings, virtual events, or industry forums.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree with
5+ years of B2B sales experience
, preferably in
tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
. - Solid experience in
technical or consultative selling
, especially in the TMT (Tech, Media, Telco) or customer experience space. - Comfortable with both business and technical discussions; able to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical and organized—able to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Energetic, self-driven, and results-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
