What You'll Do:
  • First-line AI Support: Triage and resolve user inquiries via chat, phone, and cases
  • Training Leadership: Lead AI tool training sessions across APAC for users and technology partners
  • Documentation & Knowledge: Build AI knowledge bases and maintain support workflows
  • Regional Expertise: Serve as the go-to AI subject matter expert for the APAC region
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with global teams to optimize AI capabilities and user experience
  • Training Coordination: Orchestrate training logistics, focus groups, and user management
What You'll Need:
  • 2-4+ years product support or real estate experience
  • Proven excellence in customer support (documentation required)
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools
  • Advanced English + secondary language fluency
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel reporting, and documentation tools
  • Preferred: Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce knowledge
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet urgent response times
