Job Title: Technical Specialist in AI Performance

Overview

This role is centered around developing and maintaining the technical aspects of artificial intelligence systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in areas such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI pipelines, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Your attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing project requirements will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will also possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications, as well as experience with relevant tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI pipelines to benchmark AI capabilities across real-world enterprise use cases.
  • Collaborate with AI and infra teams to instrument models and agents for outcome-based evaluation.
  • Develop performance benchmarks that measure latency, safety, cost-efficiency, and user-perceived quality.
  • Partner with other teams to drive human-in-the-loop testing methodologies for fuzzy metrics like helpfulness and intent alignment.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in software engineering with expertise in machine learning, NLP, and data analytics.
  • Experience with relevant tools and frameworks, including Python, LLMs, vector-based search, and agentic frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
