Job Title: Solutions Architect

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in configuring and customizing FreshSales CRM to match our company workflows, ensuring seamless integration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Customize FreshSales CRM: Develop and implement customized solutions for business processes, automations, templates, and activity tracking across departments.
  • Build Pipelines and Automations: Design and create efficient pipelines, automations, and data triggers to streamline sales and client success journeys.
  • Design Dashboards and Reporting: Develop informative dashboards and reporting tools to track sales and conversion metrics, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Engineer and Maintain the Sales Journey: Plan, design, and execute the full sales and client success journey, leveraging automation and data triggers to optimize performance.
  • Define and Monitor KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as trial-to-subscription rate, onboarding time, and engagement levels.
  • Audit Performance and Data Integrity: Regularly review and analyze performance metrics, manage user roles and permissions, and ensure accurate data integrity.
Internal Enablement & Documentation:
  • Develop Automation Tools and Templates: Create reusable tools, templates, and SOPs for Sales and Client Success teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain Clear Documentation: Provide detailed documentation for onboarding, adoption, and scalability, ensuring easy access to critical information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Development teams to align workflows, build automation, and drive business growth.
  • Recommend and Implement Improvements: Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business outcomes.
Tools and Technology:
  • Proficiency with FreshSales CRM, Zapier, Calendly, Google Suite, Slack, Lucid, and ideally Figma.
Success Metrics:
  • Full sales and success journey mapped with swim lane diagrams and optimized for conversion.
  • 70%+ of leads/sign-ups converted into active subscribers.
  • Teams trained and confident, supported by SOPs and guides.
  • Secure, scalable, and documented CRM/helpdesk infrastructure with stable performance.
