About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with strong expertise in designing and developing end-to-end learning solutions across multiple modalities, including Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and Online Learning Training (OLT/eLearning). The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond, with proven experience managing the entire course development lifecycle—from defining learning objectives, creating outlines, and gathering content from SMEs and client resources, through to full development and delivery.

This role requires a hands-on designer-developer who can confidently interact with customers, lead meetings, and manage stakeholder expectations while producing high-quality learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions across VILT, ILT, and OLT/eLearning modalities.
• Manage the end-to-end instructional design process, from needs analysis and defining objectives through design, development, and delivery.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, organize, and translate content into effective instructional materials.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant guides, and other supporting materials.
• Build and publish courses using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
• Ensure instructional content is aligned with adult learning principles, organizational goals, and audience needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Lead client-facing meetings, providing project updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
• Apply strong visual design and multimedia skills to create compelling and interactive training solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices, trends, and emerging tools in instructional design and learning technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
• Proven ability to design and develop for VILT, ILT, and OLT/eLearning from start to finish.
• Hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and eLearning standards.
• Experience working directly with customers/clients and leading meetings.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to work across Eastern US to Pacific time zones on a daily basis.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SCORM/xAPI packaging and LMS deployment.
• Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia).
• Familiarity with rapid eLearning tools and emerging learning technologies.

Home Office Requirements:

• Internet Connection: Must be 25 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi, or wimax.
• Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
• Headsets: The Contractor must have noise-cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
• Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
• Webcam - for meeting purposes
• Must be comfortable working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
• Amendable to work in Graveyard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
